Words cannot describe how passionate we are about supporting everyone struggling as I have battled with depression at all levels including days that felt like weeks fighting suicidal thoughts for the larger part of my adult life. Presence Collective came to me through what I strongly believe was messages from my spirit guides nudging me towards my life purpose. The power of presence, grounding myself in the here and now was the beginning of the journey of healing and overcoming the demons in my head (my interpretation of my experience). I truly hope and believe Presence can be the beginning of the healing journey for everyone.
